As a Retail Customer Service member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting LEGO fans of all ages. This is a great opportunity for individuals who like working in a family-friendly environment, have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service, and enjoy all things LEGO!

Responsibilities:

-Greet customers and provide them with a positive shopping experience
-Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions
-Answer customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products, promotions, and store policies
-Process sales transactions using the point-of-sale (POS) system
-Manage cash transactions and maintain accurate cash drawer
-Maintain a clean and organized store, including restocking merchandise and arranging displays
-Process, sanitize, organize and sort used LEGO for resale
-Collaborate with team members

-Outgoing with strong customer service skills and the ability to effectively communicate
-Experience with LEGO is preferred but not required
-Willingness to work with kids
-Team player that works well with others
-Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers
-Self-starter with positive attitude, ability to stay productive and find work to do
