Here are some common questions we get:
1 - Are we actually making a trade? No, the correct term would actually be "Buy Counter." I guess we do TRADE you your LEGO® products for cash or store credit, but that's about it.
2 - Do you do consignments? No, we only do outright purchases from our customers. You bring it in, we give you a cash or store credit offer, and if you accept, the deal is final.
3 - What kinds of things do you buy? Retired New in Box, Pre-Built sets, minifigures, bulk bricks - you name it. If it's authentic LEGO® products, we are likely interested.
4 - How do you value the items? We check for overall completeness (does it have all of its pieces and are all minifigs present?), cleanliness, how much backstock we have of that particular set, etc. Additionally, we have a couple of different sources we check for current market price and then we take an average of those values in order to come to a percentage offer for you (the cash offer will always be a bit lower than the credit offer). If you accept, your store credit is deposited immediately or we hand you the cash right after the transaction is complete.
5 - Is your trade counter always open? Yes, there should always be someone here who can complete the buys. To be honest, weekends and evenings are a bit busier, so you may sometimes encounter a wait, depending on the day/time, but we're happy to help whenever it is you come in!

These two cases at the corners sometimes get ignored, but if you're into the classics, these are the places to look! We have the 1984 King's Castle (#6080) and the 1986 Highway Rig (#5580) - both with original boxes! There are so many other treasures as well!

If you remember, Certified Used Sets are sets we've taken apart and put into bags with the guarantee that all pieces are present. It's like a "build a new set" experience at a bit of a better price. Snow White's Cottage came in last week, and it's been certified and is ready for you to build!
